SET DESIGN & PROPS
Your partner for building film and photoshoot sets. Our Art Department collaborates with you on your ideas, translates them into 3D renderings and CAD, calculates, and then brings the project to life in our workshop with a skilled team.
RENTAL STUDIO FOR FILM, PHOTO & EVENTS
Whether it’s a model shoot, table-top photography, stop-motion, conferences, or music videos, our rental studio provides a spacious net 400 square meters, accommodating even cars for film and photo shoots.
The studio can be divided by a large black stage molton, making it fully adaptable to various setups. Alternatively, we can paint our cyclorama in your desired color.
LINE PRODUCTION SERVICE
In collaboration with you, we analyze your request and address potential challenges in the planning phase. Before the project kicks off, you’ll receive a comprehensive cost estimate and production plan. Our calculations are always 100% transparent.

PMT
Having full control over the film set is second nature to us. We plan realistically in advance, create shooting schedules, find solutions, tackle most challenges, and ensure the well-being of the entire crew during filming. Here, years of experience pay off, allowing us to accurately assess and smoothly navigate even the most complex shoot days.
Our Production Management Trailer (PMT), a product of our Peach & Cherry Innovation Lab, is a testament to this. Our experiences have shown us what it takes to create optimal set infrastructure – whether in the city or in the middle of nowhere. It must be small and mobile, provide ample seating for the crew, have a roof over our heads, radios for communication, fresh coffee and tea, and even handle printing jobs seamlessly. Since then, we haven’t looked back on using our PMT on set.
Catering
As a self-sustainer, the PMT doesn’t rely on fixed power sources. The onboard bar is ready to go in minutes, crucial especially during the early hours of the morning. Onboard, we have coffee, milk frother, tea, and everything else you need. The cups and cutlery are from CO2-neutral production. The onboard bar is also mobile and can be set up on location.
Seating
Stools for tight shots for the crew, comfortable folding chairs for the client, and small sets for breaks. We provide comfortable seating for up to 25 people.
Communication
Effective communication on set is essential. Even over long distances, our walkie-talkies come in handy. If the director needs to speak directly to the cameraman, grip, and assistant, we also have an intercom system available.
Power Supply
Autonomous & environmentally friendly. Our PMT is equipped with a 2.7KW battery, allowing us to provide coffee, tea, prints, and Wi-Fi quickly and without the need for an on-site power source.
Mobile Office
The production can create prints on set, including stapling, hole punching, and adhesive tasks. The mobile Wi-Fi router provides a stable internet connection, ensuring we have everything needed for a mobile office.
Workplace Safety
Workplace safety, guidance systems for smooth logistics, and first aid are essential on set.
Towing Vehicle
Our trailer towing vehicle is seamlessly usable as a production vehicle once the PMT has arrived at its destination. The car is ideal for transporting personnel or running other errands.
Miscellaneous
Our PMT offers much more. Makeup mirrors, umbrellas, an EasyUp with sidewalls, transport carts, ladders, brooms, gas heaters, and much more are included in the trailer!

During the intense project phase, you can still dedicate yourself to other projects while comfortably relaxing on set during filming.
Working hours and overtime
A standard filming day for a film crew in the region is 10 hours (including a 1-hour lunch break). If filming days exceed the 10-hour workday, the following regulations apply for overtime: For team members, an overtime supplement is calculated as a percentage of the base hourly rate:
- For the 11th and 12th hour, an additional 25% of the base hourly rate.
- For the 13th hour, an additional 60% of the base hourly rate.
- For each hour beyond 14 hours, an additional 100% of the base hourly rate.
Additionally, there is a night surcharge of 25% of the base hourly rate for the period between 22:00 and 06:00. Filming days on weekends (Sundays!) or holidays incur additional costs, with a holiday surcharge of 100% on the daily rate. Rest periods must be observed (11 or 12 hours of rest between two consecutive working days).
Social Security Contributions
The employer’s contribution currently stands at 21.8% (including health insurance, long-term care insurance, pension insurance, and unemployment insurance). For the relevant crew members, a social security contribution of 5.0% is applicable for the Artists‘ Social Security Fund (Künstlersozialkasse).

What permits do I need?
In general, with a simple setup that does not require exclusive use of public spaces, you can film almost anywhere. If the production requires road closures, extensive lighting setups, etc., the approval process typically varies between two and four weeks. Of course, there are some local differences within the country, but our service producers can assist you in navigating through regulations, permits, and local conditions for filming.
Why Production Services?
A few years ago, it was common to invest significant amounts of money in a commercial film. However, with consistent work and higher expectations from clients and agencies, it’s now normal to have to work with much smaller budgets.
Production companies calculate, write, and pitch for projects. Typically, for every job that gets greenlit, there are around eight rejections. This means a lot of time and money must be invested to secure a paid job (even with the Pitch Standard 2.0). Additionally, projects require a lot of time, full attention, and, most importantly, energy to execute. This often leaves little time to prepare for further projects, let alone to pitch for them.

What is a Film Fixer?
A film fixer is someone who organizes interviews, filming permits, transportation, hotels, and location scouting. Film fixers may also be referred to as ‚local fixers,‘ responsible for organizing everything necessary for an efficient film production, from accommodation to permits, catering, and more.
